Field Description - Transaction Code ID

The Transaction Code ID is the key field that identifies the transaction code information including the Transaction Type, Budget Type, Calculation Type, taxability, Minimum Charge amount, Minimum Usage amount, and rate tables.  Transaction codes determine how billing and payment transactions are generated and how they will update the customer's account.
