Treasurer's Receipt History Report Instructions

Use the Treasurer's Receipt History Report to print the history of the receipts posted from Treasurer's Receipt Entry.  The Treasurer's Receipt History Report takes advantage of the Report Writer, which provides powerful sort and range selection options.

Directions:

• To see directions for opening the Treasurer's Receipt History Report, click More.

   

  • Click History from the Menu Bar, and next click Treasurer's Receipt History Report.

  • Or, use the keyboard shortcut:  [ALT] [t] [r]

   

• At the prompt window, choose the selections.  To see the report prompt options, click More.

  Range & Sort Fields	You can set range and sort options for the following fields: Receipt Number Clerk Initials G/L Account # (Transaction Account Number) Note:  The Transaction Account Number includes the General Ledger Account Number, Revenue Account Number and Appropriations Account Number.
