Communications Professional Claims Menu

The Communications Professional Claims Menu contains commands used to process and electronically submit billing claims to the insurance carrier.  Each insurer that you submit claims to has it's own electronic billing file so that you can process claims for multiple insurance companies independently of each other.  This feature requires that each insurance carrier that you are set up to bill to have a separate menu selection that opens a menu of electronic billing routines.

Notes:  

• Your Professional Claims Menu may have different insurance carriers listed as the menu is customized to only list the insurance carriers you are set up to bill electronically.  For more information, contact NDS Technical Support.

• You may find it handy to launch the Communications Menu Panel to quickly and easily select electronic billing routines.

Directions:

• To open the Communications Professional Claims Menu, click the following sequence:
  Billing Functions from the Menu Bar; Communications; and Professional Claims.
