Budget Account Report Instructions

Use the Budget Account Report Instructions to see which patients are on a budget plan and have not made their scheduled payment.  The Date of Last Payment determines if the patient has made their payment.  While you can run this report at any time, you may find it helpful to run it periodically especially during collection efforts.  You can run the report daily to get a list of delinquent accounts due for budget payments that you want to contact and remind of their financial obligation.
