Stock Status Report Sample

The Stock Status Report lists the quantities of inventory items and the location of these quantities.  The report provides grand totals for on hand quantities, on order quantities, committed quantities and available quantities.

  Item	Item ID
  Description	Item description
  PC	Item product category
  UOM	Item unit of measure
  Location	Item location
  On Hand	On hand quantity of the item at the location
  On Order	On order quantity of the item at the location
  Committed	Committed quantity of the item at the location
  Net Stock	(On hand quantity + on order quantity) - committed = net stock quantity
  Available	On hand quantity - the committed quantity = available quantity of inventory
  Min Qty	Minimum desired quantity of the item at the location
  Max Qty	Maximum desired quantity of the item at the location
  Reorder	Items are ordered in a multiple of the re-order quantity
