Purge Orphan Records

Use the Purge Orphan Records routine to delete Inventory Master records that are attached to an item which no longer exists.  The Purge Orphan Records provides a report of purged items.

• Opening the Purge Orphan Records Routine, click More.

   

  1.  Click Utilities from the Menu Bar.

  2.  Click Purge Orphan Records.

• Choosing the Selections at the Prompt Window, click More.

   

  Purge Orphan Records Prompts Tip:  To see more information about a field, click the hyperlink for the field name.
  	To start the purge routine, click Purge Orphan Records.
  	To escape from the routine without purging, click Cancel.

   

• Report Sample(s), click More.
