Book Sequence Panel

Use the Book Sequence Panel to look up a customer's sequence number or to see which accounts are surrounding each other within a Book.  Or, you can generate a list of all books and their corresponding sequence numbers by leaving the Book Number field blank.  In addition, you can print this information (in either format) if desired.

To see directions for...

• Opening Book Sequence, click More.

   

  1.  From the Customer Inquiry - Wizards Panel .

  2.  Click Book Sequence .

• Viewing a Single Book Sequence, click More.

   

  View Individual Book Sequences Prompts Tip:  To see more information about a field, click the hyperlink for the field name.
  Book Number	Enter the number of the book you are looking at sequences for. (2.0 numeric)
  	To retrieve the book information, click Retrieve or press [ENTER]. Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + t]
  Number of Sequences	Displays an incremental count of the accounts with sequence numbers for this book.
  	The following Book information displays: Location ID Sequence Physical Location
  Printing a Single Book list
  Book Number	Enter the Book Number to print. (2.0 numeric)
  	To retrieve the book information, click Retrieve or press [ENTER]. Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + t]
  	To begin printing to the Windows™ default printer, click Print. Note:  The Printer Setup Window opens for you to choose the printer for the job.

   

• Viewing all Books Sequences, click More.

   

  To generate a list of all books and their corresponding sequence numbers:

   

  All Book Sequences Prompts Tip:  To see more information about a field, click the hyperlink for the field name.
  Book Number	Leave blank to list all books and their corresponding sequence IDs.
  	To retrieve the book information, click Retrieve or press [ENTER]. Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + t]
  	After pressing Enter, the View All Books option displays the following information: Book Number Starting Sequence Number Ending Sequence Number
  View Specific Accounts	Once this list displays you can view specific accounts within a book, by double-clicking on the desired Book Number to select it.  The screen changes to its original format and lists the accounts within this book.
  Printing an All Books List
  Book Number	To print a list of all books, leave Book Number blank.
  	To retrieve the book information, click Retrieve or press [ENTER]. Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + t]
