Pop-up blocking software
can interfere with the display of some WebHelp topics. If
you have software that blocks advertisements by preventing Internet
pop-ups from being displayed, it may also interfere with WebHelp
pop-up topics.
To enable pop-ups in WebHelp:
1. Disable the pop-up
blocking software on your system.
2. Test if the pop-ups
are working by clicking this pop-up hyperlink for the WebHelp - Hyperlinks topic.
3. If the WebHelp - Hyperlinks
topic does not display, contact NDS Technical Support for help.
When
I search for a record, it does not appear in the list.To
see the answer, click More
If
the record is new, you may need to click Refresh
to update the
Search List.
You
may have defined Search Conditions
that omit the record you are looking for.
