Aged Trial Balance Report Sample

The Ages Trial Balance Report provides a snapshot of your accounts receivables by listing customers with their aging balances.

Tips:

• This report is also known as the ATB.

• Because the Age Balance field labels can be tailored to suit your needs the field labels in the software may not match the documentation.  The field labels are defined during installation.  For more information, contact NDS Technical Support.

  Aged Trial Balance Report Fields Tip:  To see more information about a field, click the hyperlink for the field name.
  Customer ID	Customer Identification or Account Number
  Finance Pd	Finance Period assigned to the customer
  Name	Customer's First Name, Middle Initial and Last Name
  Svc	Service Code for the customer balances
  Age Balances	Customer Age Balances amounts Notes:   Because the Age Balance field labels can be tailored to suit your needs the field labels in the software may not match the documentation.  The field labels are defined during installation.  For more information, contact NDS Technical Support. In this report example, the Age Balances fields are CURR, 30DAY, 60DAY, 90DAY, and 120DAY.
  Other+	An accumulation of Other total amounts, such as, delivery charges and insurance charges, if applicable.
  P LN	Customer's Previous Lien amount
  P LN CST	Customer's Previous Lien Cost amount
  P LN INT	Customer's Previous Lien Interest amount
  C LN	Customer's Current Lien amount
  C LN CST	Customer's Current Lien Cost amount
  C LN INT	Customer's Current Lien Interest amount
  Balance	Customer's accumulated Balance as of today Calculation:  Customer's Aging Buckets + Finance Charges + Other+ Total = Customer Balance
