  ACCT	Customer Identification or Account Number
  FIN PER	Finance Period assigned to the customer
  X-REF	Field currently not active Tip:  This field is reserved for future use.
  COMP	Company Number
  PROPERTY LOCATION	Customer House Number, Street Name and Town Name
  CUSTOMER	Customer Last Name, First Name, and Middle Initial
  ADDR	Customer mailing Address Lines, City, State and Zip Code
  LAST READING	Customer Last Reading Amount
  LAST READ DATE	Customer Last Reading Date
  A/R Balances
  Aging Balances	Customer Age Balances amounts Tips:   Because the Age Balance field labels can be tailored to suit your needs the field labels in the software may not match the documentation.  The field labels are defined during installation.  For more information, contact NDS Technical Support. In this report example, the Age Balances fields are CURR, 30DAY, and 60DAY+.
  TOT. F/C	Customer's Total Finance Charge amount
  TOT OTH	An accumulation of Total Other amounts, such as, delivery charges and insurance charges, if applicable
  LIENS	Customer's current Lien amount
  P. LIEN	Customer's Previous Lien amount
  TOTAL BAL	Customer's accumulated Balance as of today
  LAST PYMT	The customer's Last Payment Amount
  LAST DATE	The customer's Last Payment Date

  DATE	Transaction Date
  CD.	Transaction Code ID
  RATE	Rate Code assigned to the Transaction Code
  DESCRIPTION	Transaction Code Description
  READING	Meter Reading, if applicable
  USAGE/INV #	Transaction Usage or Invoice Number, if applicable
  AMOUNT	Transaction Amount
  BALANCE	Calculated Customer Balance
