The Shut Off Notice Print Journal lists the customers in the Shut Off Workfile.

  Shut Off  Notice Journal Fields Tip:  To see more information about a field, click the hyperlink for the field name.
  Customer ID	The Customer Account Number.
  Name	The Customer First and Last/Business Name.
  Svc	The Service Code associated with the customer balance.
  Sht Dt	The date the customer's service will be shut off if a payment is not received.
  Pmt Dt	The date the customer's arrears amount is due.
  Arrears Amt	The accumulated dollar amount of the overdue Age Balances for the customer. Note:  The Shut Off Age Balances are specified during the Shut Off Create Workfile routine.
  Phone Number	The primary contact Phone Number for the customer.
