The alpha tables SRDT1-SRDT4 are used for codes and corresponding descriptions entered for DATA FIELDS 1-4 on the Sales Ratio records. Up to 12 characters for the description are allowed. A maximum of 16 codes per table may be defined. The SRDT1 table contains the descriptions for DATA FIELD 1, the SRDT2 table contains the descriptions for DATA FIELD 2, etc. If a table is full and more codes are needed, additional tables may be created (i.e., SRDT11 through SRDT19 for DATA FIELD 1, SRDT21 through SRDT29 for DATA FIELD 2, etc.). Example: DATA FIELD 1 on SRDESC table is Lake. There are four lakes in the town. They are described on the SRDT1 table as shown below. These tables are optional.
