About Cash Receipts Workbench
The Invision software application consists of a broad product line containing modules that all work together for today's local government office needs. The Cash Receipts Workbench works in conjunction with the other Invision modules, including Tax Billing and Tax Assessing, for complete support of the local government office. This state-of-the-art trio of modules allows the government office to handle tax needs and to better serve its residents. As a comprehensive local government system, Cash Receipts provides a seamless migration between the modules, with no need to duplicate data entry already performed within the Tax Billing Workbench module.
Cash Receipts is designed to serve the municipality's collection needs for tax bills and other revenues. Through Tax Receipt Entry, Cash Receipts provides a highly integrated method for collecting payments of personal property and real estate tax bills. Group Mortgage payment provides the means to distribute tax bill payments from mortgage companies among the individual tax accounts. Treasurer's Receipt Entry provides the means to collect payments for license fees, excise taxes, and other non-invoiced revenue. A variety of reports and inquiries gives you complete access to your collection data.
