Cue Cards
The Cue Card button, located on the Toolbar, lets you display help for specific fields in a window. You can toggle the Cue Cards off and on by clicking the button.
With Cue Cards, you can see specific field-level instructions right next to the field.
Tips:
You can see Help information that is even more detailed than the Cue Cards by displaying Field-Level Help and Form-Level Help.
To program a function key for Cue Cards, see the Programmable Function Key instructions.
Cue Cards are not available in all modules.
For information about other types of online Help, see Levels of Help.
To use Cue Cards:
1. Click
Cue Card so
the button appears depressed.
Or, press the assigned Programmable Function Key.
2. Click inside a field box to see directions for entering the data.
To turn off Cue Cards:
To turn
off all Cue Cards, click the Cue Card
so the button appears raised.
Or, press the assigned Programmable Function Key.
To temporarily
turn off a single Cue Card, position the pointer inside the Cue Card and
double-click.
Note: The
Cue Card will reappear if you point to another field, and then point back
to the field containing the Cue Card that you turned off.
