Settings

Use Settings Maintenance to maintain settings and parameters for this module.  The Settings control the purge year.

Tip:  The purge year can affect the Copy Detail Year option in Licensing maintenance.

To see directions for...

• Opening Settings Maintenance, click more.

   

  • Click File Maintenance from the Menu Bar, and then click Settings.

  • Or, use the keyboard shortcut:  [ALT] [m] [s].

   

• Creating and Editing Settings, click more.

  TIP:  There is only one Settings record allowed.

  Settings Maintenance Prompts
  Last Purge Year	Enter a valid year as the year to purge (delete) license information.  The Purge Year affects the Copy Detail Year on the license master. For example:  If the Last Purge Year entered is 1990, the system requires you to use dates greater than 1990 as the Copy Detail Year in Licensing Maintenance.
  	To update the new or changed information click Save or press [ENTER]. Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + s] CAUTION: If you forget to click Save, you may lose your changes.
  	Because there is only one Settings record, Search is not available.
  	To display the Settings, click Retrieve or press [ENTER]. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT + t]
