Report Cycle Table Maintenance

Use Report Cycle Table Maintenance to view the process control flags that indicate if the individual reports and exports have been run as part of the daily or cycle process.  When the daily or cycle process is started this table is created and as each report and export is run the process status is updated to Completed (1).  When the Cycle Close is being performed, the system checks the status of all reports before beginning.  A message will alert the user if any reports have not been run.  While the system maintains this information for you, you may find it handy to view this information if you are unsure which reports have been run.

Note:  Generally, you do not need to update the Report Cycle Table fields unless directed by NDS Technical Support.

• Opening Report Cycle Table Maintenance, click More.

   

  1.  Click File Maintenance from the Menu Bar.

  2.  Click Tables.

  3.  Click Report Cycle Table.

• Viewing the Report Cycle Table, click More.

   

  Report Cycle Table Maintenance Field Descriptions Tip:  To see more information about a field, click the hyperlink for the field name.
  	Note:  Save is not currently used in this routine.

  Summary	Displays the process status of the Town Summary Report and Export.   Valid Statuses: 0 - Not completed 1 - Completed
  Detail	Displays the completion status of the Town Detail Report and Export.
  Title Application	Displays the completion status of the Title Application Report and Export.
  Gift Certificate	Displays the completion status of the Gift Certificate Report and Export.
  Exception	Displays the completion status of the Exception Report and Export.
  Inventory Adjustment	Displays the completion status of the Inventory Adjustments Report and Export.
  Inventory	Displays the completion status of the Inventory Report and Export.
  Temporary Decal	Displays the Temporary Decal Report and Export.
  Inventory Roll	Displays the completion status of the Inventory Roll and Export.
  Motor Vehicle	Displays the completion status of the Motor Vehicle export.

   

• Creating a New Report Cycle Table, click More.

   

   Note:  You cannot create a new Report Cycle Table.  The necessary table is created during the appropriate routine.

   

• Editing an Existing Report Cycle Table, click More.

   

   CAUTION:  The Report Cycle Table is automatically maintained by the system and should not be edited unless directed to by NDS Technical Support.

   

• Deleting an Existing Report Cycle Table, click More.

   

   Note:  To maintain data integrity, you can not delete the Report Cycle Table.
