Summary Header Table Maintenance

Use Summary Header Table Maintenance to view the contact information that prints at the top of the Town Summary Report.

Note:  To edit the Summary Header information, use Summary Header Record Maintenance in CURL.

• Opening Summary Header Table Maintenance, click More.

   

  1.  Click File Maintenance from the Menu Bar.

  2.  Click Tables.

  3.  Click Summary Header Table.

• Viewing the Summary Header Table, click More.

   

  Summary Header Table Maintenance Field Descriptions Tip:  To see more information about a field, click the hyperlink for the field name.
  Contact Person	Displays the name of the contact person exactly as it will appear on the report.
  	Note:  Save is not currently used in this routine.
  	Note:  Retrieve is not currently used in this routine.
  Phone Number	Displays the contact phone number exactly as it will appear on the report.
  Office Hours	Displays the municipal offices, which are reserved for future reports.

   

• Creating a New Summary Header Table, click More.

   

   Note:  You cannot create a new Summary Header Table.  The necessary table is created during the software installation and updates.

   

• Editing an Existing Summary Header Table, click More.

   

   CAUTION:  To edit the Summary Header Table, use the Summary Header Record Maintenance under the Utilities Menu in CURL.

   

• Deleting an Existing Summary Header Table, click More.

   

   Caution:  To maintain data integrity, you can not delete the Summary Header Table.
