Detail Report Instructions

Use the Detail Report to print the current year balances for the Tax Accounts along with the corresponding detail transaction amounts for each billing.  The Detail Report compares the balances in the Tax Account to the detail transaction amounts for a specific tax year, and the proof column lists any discrepancies found.  You can tailor the report by selecting the Account Type, the names included, the sort sequence, and whether or not to include accounts with zero balances.
