Field Description - Patient Referral Authorization Status

The Patient Referral Authorization Status describes the phase of the referral.

Statuses
A	Approved. Tip: INSight automatically sets this Status if the Authorization Number is changed. You can maintain it manually.
D	Denied. You manually maintain this status if the referral is denied by the insurance carrier.
E	Expired. INSight updates the referral with this status when the referral Remaining Visits is 0.
P	Pending. Manually assigned to referrals having a temporary Authorization Number.
C	Complete. You manually maintain this status, when the referral is complete.
N	Not applicable.
