Type of Service Maintenance
Use Type of Service Maintenance to maintain information about Type of Service Codes. You can use Type of Service Codes to group procedures together based on the type of care or service the procedure provides. For example, Medicare usually assigns Type of Service Code 01 as General Medical Care. During Procedure Maintenance Procedures Codes that are classified as General Medical Care are assigned Type of Service Code 01.
