  SERVICES	Dollar amount of services associated with the ATB category
  PAYMENTS	Dollar amount of payments for services associated with the ATB category
  ADJ/REF	Dollar amount of adjustments and refunds for services associated with the ATB category
  NET	Calculation of net dollar amount outstanding for ATB category
  Y-T-D	Accumulated dollar amount outstanding for ATB category so far this year
