ATB Profile Report Instructions

Use the ATB Profile Report Instructions to report your practice's gross revenues by financial category.  This report includes the dollar amount of services, payments, adjustments, average payment amount, and net amounts that make up the total of each financial category.  This report enables you to view the history for your financial categories.

Tips:

• If you enter either a single date or date range for both Posting Dates and Service Dates, the report only includes those financial categories that meet the criteria of both types of dates.

• Opening the ATB Profile Report Instructions, click More.

   

  1.  Click Reports from the Menu Bar.

  2.  Click Management Reports.

  3.  Click ATB Profile Report.

• Choosing the Selections at the Prompt Window, click More.

   

  ATB Profile Report Prompts Tip:  To see more information about a field, click the hyperlink for the field name.
  ATB	Enter the ATB Categories Codes to report. (up to 4 characters) Tips: To enter an individual ATB Category, simply enter their provider code and press [TAB]. To enter a group of ATB categories, enter the first ATB category, followed by a comma (,) and the next ATB category.  Continue in this fashion until the list of ATB categories is complete. To enter a range of ATB categories, enter the beginning ATB category followed by a dash (-) and the ending ATB category. Or, to search for the appropriate ATB category, click Search . Keyboard shortcut:  [CTRL + f].
  Providers	Enter the Provider Codes to report. (up to 4 characters) Tips: To enter an individual provider, simply enter their provider code and press [TAB]. To enter a group of providers, enter the first provider code, followed by a comma (,) and the next provider code.  Continue in this fashion until the list of provider codes is complete. To enter a range of providers, enter the beginning provider code followed by a dash (-) and the ending provider code. Or, to search for the appropriate provider code, click Search . Keyboard shortcut:  [CTRL + f].
  Locations	Enter the Location Codes to report. (up to 2 characters) Tips: To enter an individual location, simply enter their location code and press [TAB]. To enter a group of locations, enter the first location code, followed by a comma (,) and the next location code.  Continue in this fashion until the list of location codes is complete. To enter a range of locations, enter the beginning provider code followed by a dash (-) and the ending location code. Or, to search for the appropriate location code, click Search . Keyboard shortcut:  [CTRL + f].
  Referrals	Enter the Referral Source Codes to report. (up to 4 characters) Tips: To enter an individual referral, simply enter their referral source code and press [TAB]. To enter a group of referral source codes, enter the first referral source code, followed by a comma (,) and the next referral source code.  Continue in this fashion until the list of referral source codes is complete. To enter a range of referral sources, enter the beginning referral source code followed by a dash (-) and the ending referral source code. Search is not active for this field.
  Procedures	Enter the Procedure Codes to report. (up to 9 characters) Tips: To enter an individual procedure, simply enter their procedure code and press [TAB]. To enter a group of procedures, enter the first procedure code, followed by a comma (,) and the next procedure code.  Continue in this fashion until the list of procedure codes is complete. To enter a range of procedures, enter the beginning procedure code followed by a dash (-) and the ending procedure code. Or, to search for the appropriate procedure code, click Search . Keyboard shortcut:  [CTRL + f].
  Posting Dates From	To limit the report information to a range of patient posting dates, enter the beginning posting date. (mmddccyy, slashes and century optional) Tip:  To include all, please leave blank.
  Posting Dates Through	To limit the report information to a range of patient posting dates, enter the ending posting date. (mmddccyy, slashes and century optional) Tip:  To include all, please leave blank.
  Service Dates From	To limit information to a range of patient service dates, enter the beginning service date. (mmddccyy, slashes and century optional) Tip:  To include all, please leave blank.
  Service Dates Through	To limit the report information to a range of patient service dates, enter the ending service date. (mmddccyy, slashes and century optional) Tip:  To include all, please leave blank.
  Totals Only	To print only totals on the report, click to select this box. To print detail and totals, leave this box blank.
  	Displays the default printer number.  For more information, see Printing Options.
  	To run the routine, click Print or press [ENTER]. Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + p]
  	To escape from the routine: Click Cancel. Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + c] Or, click Close .
