Operator Work Sheets Sample

The Operator Work Sheets prints operator work sheets containing each security set and associated function that you can fill in the authorization for each operator.

Tips:

• The report Description field contains different values when the report is printed from different modules.  When the report is printed from Edifice the Description field contains the Program Record ID values.  When the report is printed from INSight the Description field contains the Program Record Description values.

  Operator Work Sheets Fields Tip:  To see more information about a field, click the hyperlink for the field name.
  Operator ID	Operator ID to be filled in by the system administrator
  Name	Operator Name to be filled in by the system administrator
  Tip: The Work Sheet lists each defined security set for the module.
  Security Set	Security Set ID
  	Security Set Description
  Tip: The work sheet lists each function assigned to each security set.  For each function you must specify the authorization the operator is allowed.
  Function	Place number assigned to the security set function
  Description	Program Record ID or Program Record Description assigned as the function for the security set
  Authorized	Operator authorization for the function to be filled in by the system administrator (administrator enters yes or no)
