Field Description - Local Taxable Earnings Totals

The fields for Local Taxable Earnings Totals contain various totals accumulated during the current year for earnings that are locally taxable.

Notes:

• The system updates these fields, so you do not normally need to edit them.

• The settings for Deduction Exemptions and Other Pay Exemptions control how the system updates these fields.

• You can view MTD totals and Local Taxable Earnings totals for each of the four quarters in the current year during Employee Quarterly Totals Maintenance in the Employee Quarterly Totals Area.
