Field Description - Vacation Time Maximum Accrual Amount

The Vacation Time Maximum Accrual Amount is the total amount of vacation time that may be accrued for the employee expressed in hours.  If an amount is maintained for Vacation Time Accrual/Period the system will accrue vacation time for the employee until the Maximum Accrual amount has been reached.

Notes:

• This field displays only if the Company Control Option for the Accrued/Available Sick/Vacation Maximum field in the Payroll II Tab is set to 1 - Accrued.

• This field pertains to employees assigned an Other Pay Code with an Other Pay Type of 3 - Vacation.

• You can maintain and view this field during Employee Totals Master Maintenance in the Vacation / Sick Detail Area.
