Deduction Master Edit List Instructions

Use the Deduction Master Edit List to print the Deduction Master information.  You can use this report to check if Deduction Master Maintenance edits were entered properly.

To see directions for...

• Opening the Deduction Master Edit List, click More.

   

  1. Click Reporting from the Menu Bar.

  2. Click Other Reports.

  3. Click Deduction Master Edit List.
     
     Or, use the keyboard shortcut:  [ALT] [e] [o] [d].

   

  Report Writer Window Example:

  

   

• Choosing the selections at the prompt window, click More.

   

  Tip:  Other than the Report Writer, there are no specific prompts for the Deduction Master Edit List.

   

  Procedure:

  1. Review the Report Writer prompts and make changes, if applicable.
     Tips:

  2. To send the report to the Print View window, enter the appropriate Printer Number (usually 5).

  3. For more information, refer to the Report Writer Overview.
