Department Title List Instructions

Use the Department Title List to print Department Titles Maintenance information, used to create report headings for groups of departments.

To see directions for...

• Opening the Department Title List, click More.

   

  1. Click Reporting from the Menu Bar.

  2. Click Other Reports.

  3. Click Department Title List.
     Note:  This menu option displays only if the Department File Active Flag is set accordingly during Company Control Options.
     
     Or, use the keyboard shortcut:  [ALT] [e] [o] [t].

   

  Report Writer Window Example:

  

   

• Choosing the selections at the prompt window, click More.

   

  Tip:  Other than the Report Writer, there are no specific prompts for the Department Title List.

   

  Procedure:

  1. Review the Report Writer prompts and make changes, if applicable.
     Tips:

  2. To send the report to the Print View window, enter the appropriate Printer Number (usually 5).

  3. For more information, refer to the Report Writer Overview.

  2. Click OK to run the report.
