Print Insurance Labels Instructions

Use the Print Insurance Labels Instructions to print insurance labels for any insurance company that has claims in the billing workfile.  You can choose from two different size labels and when using the 1.5 inch size label you have the option of including the insurance company's contact name and phone number on each label.

• Opening the Print Insurance Labels Instructions, click More.

  1.  Click Billing Functions from the Menu Bar.

  2.  Click Print Insurance Labels.

• Choosing the Selections at the Prompt Window, click More.

   

  Print Insurance Labels Instructions Prompts Tip:  To see more information about a field, click the hyperlink for the field name.
  Label Size	To specify the size label to print, click the appropriate choice in the drop-down list. Note:  You can not print the insurance company contact and the phone number on the one inch size labels.
  Number of Labels	To specify how many labels you need for each insurance company in the billing workfile, enter the amount. (3.0 numeric)
  Include Contact	To include the insurance company contact on each label, click to select the box. To omit printing the insurance company contact on each label, de-select the box. Note:  The insurance company Contact is not available to print on the one inch size labels.
  Include Phone Number	To include the insurance company Phone Number on each label, click to select the box. To omit printing the insurance company Phone Number on each label, de-select the box. Note:  The Phone Number is not available to print on the one inch size labels.
  	Displays the default printer number.  For more information, see Printing Options.
  	To generate the report, click Print or press [ENTER]. Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + p]
  	To escape from the print routine, click Cancel. Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + c]
  	To print an alignment test pattern on the label, click Align. The following dialog box displays:
  	To print a test pattern to check the alignment of the labels in the printer, click Align Form.   Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + a] Notes:   After the test pattern prints, check the alignment.  If the form is not aligned, make adjustments and click Align Form again. When the form is aligned correctly, proceed by clicking Print Report.
  	To begin printing the insurance labels, click Print Report. Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + p]
