Patient Missing Statement Report Instructions

Use the Patient Missing Statement Report to list the patients who did not receive a statement during the billing cycle.

Tip:  For more information about running reports, see Print View.

To see directions for...

• Opening the Patient Missing Statement Report, click More.

   

  1.  Click Billing Functions from the Menu Bar.

  2.  Click Patient Statements.

  3.  Click Patient Missing Statement Report.

• Choosing the Report Selections, click More.

   

  Patient Missing Statement Report Prompts Tip:  To see more information about a field, click the hyperlink for the field name.
  Statement Date	Displays the Statement Date for the current billing cycle for your reference.
  Display Detail	To include the patient detail on the report, click to select this box. To omit the patient detail from the report, make sure the box is de-selected.
  	To begin printing to the Windows® default printer, click Print, or press [ENTER]. Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + p]
  	To run the routine and print to the Print View window, click here.
  	To escape from the print routine, click Cancel. Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + c]
