Submit electronic claims to a clearing house
Submit claims direct to the payer
If a practice submits claims to a clearing house they can submit all commercial claims to the clearing house.
If a practice wants to submit direct to the payer the practice must be set up to submit direct to Medicare, direct to Medicaid, direct to Blue Cross and then submit all other commercial claims to a clearing house.
