The Diagnosis Non-Autobill Forms field contains the Form Types that should not be transmitted electronically when the diagnosis is used.
Format: 9.0 numeric, entered sequentially without spaces or commas between Form Type numbers
Example:
If you enter 123 in the Non-Autobill Forms field, the system knows that Form Types 1, 2 and 3 should not be billed electronically for this diagnosis.
