ATB Category Analysis Report Instructions

Use the ATB Category Analysis Report Instructions to report the dollar amount the providers are earning, writing off and not collecting from patients by financial class.  This report prints month-to-date charges, payments and adjustments which can be compared with the same year-to-date figures provided.  The report lists the last year end A/R amount (the outstanding dollar amount at the end of last year, not the same month last year) as a comparison to the current A/R.  Generally, you will run the ATB Category Analysis Report at month-end.

  1.  Click Reports from the Menu Bar.

  2.  Click Analysis Reports.

  3.  Click ATB Category Analysis.

• Choosing the Selections at the Prompt Window, click More.

   

  ATB Category Analysis Report Prompts Tip:  To see more information about a field, click the hyperlink for the field name.
  ATBs	Enter the ATB Categories to report. (up to 4 characters) Tips: To enter an individual ATB Category, simply enter the ATB category code and press [TAB]. To enter a group of ATB Categories, enter the first ATB Category code, followed by a comma (,) and the next ATB category code.  Continue in this fashion until the list of ATB category codes is complete. To enter a range, enter the beginning ATB category code followed by a dash (-) and the ending ATB category. Or, to search for the appropriate ATB category code, click Search . Keyboard shortcut:  [CTRL + f].
  Statistics	To include both month-to-date and year-to-date information on the report, click Both MTD & YTD To include only month-to-date information, click Month-to-date. To include only year-to-date information, click Year-to-date.
  Page On ATB Cat	To print each ATB category on a separate page, click Yes. To print all ATB categories on the same page, click No.
  Include Zero Totals	To include ATB categories with zero totals, click Yes. To omit reporting ATB categories with zero totals, click No.
  Number of Copies	Enter the Number of Copies for the printed report. (1-99)
  Sort By:	To specify the sort criteria for the report, click a choice. Sort Options: ATB Category Cases MTD Charges MTD Payments MTD Adjustments MTD ATB Category Name Cases YTD Charges YTD Payments YTD Adjustments YTD
  	Displays the default printer number.  For more information, see Printing Options.
  	To begin printing to the Windows® default printer, click Print or press [ENTER]. Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + p]
  	To escape from the print routine, click Cancel. Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + c]
