ATB Category Analysis Report Instructions

Use the ATB Category Analysis Report Instructions to report the dollar amount the providers are earning, writing off and not collecting from patients by financial class.  This report prints month-to-date charges, payments and adjustments which can be compared with the same year-to-date figures provided.  The report lists the last year end A/R amount (the outstanding dollar amount at the end of last year, not the same month last year) as a comparison to the current A/R.  Generally, you will run the ATB Category Analysis Report at month-end.
