Patient Appointments Window - Canceled Appointments List Area

Use the Canceled Appointments List Area in Scheduling to view all canceled appointments for the patient The table following the window example describes the Canceled Appointments List for the Patient Appointments Window.

Tip: To view an appointment audit trail, double-click to highlight the desired appointment and automatically open the Appointment Audit Trail Window.

Directions:

To display the Canceled Appointments List, click the Appts button in the Left Viewing Pane of Scheduling.

Date	Date of scheduled appointment.
Time	Start time of scheduled appointment.
Room	Examining room assigned for scheduled appointment.
Provider	Provider scheduled to see patient.
Location	Location of scheduled appointment.
Operator	The operator ID of the person who entered the appointment cancellation into Scheduling.
Cancel Date	Date the appointment was canceled.
Cancel Code	The Cancel Code describing the reason the appointment is canceled.
