Group Analysis Report Instructions
Use the Group Analysis Report Instructions to provide summary bottom-line figures for each financially separate division within your practice, as well as, a total that captures all activity that has transpired. This report lists how much the groups within your practice are earning, collecting and writing off for the services provided to your patients by printing month-to-date charges, payments and adjustments which can be compared with the same year-to-date figures provided. In addition, the report lists the last year end A/R amount (the outstanding dollar amount at the end of last year, not the same month last year) as a comparison to the current A/R. Generally, you will run the Group Analysis Report at month-end.
