Location Analysis Report Instructions
Use the Location Analysis Report Instructions to determine profitability of each location on a monthly or yearly basis. This report compares profitability of the various locations if your providers see patients at multiple offices or hospitals. This report lists the dollar amount the locations within your practice are earning, collecting and writing off for the services provided to your patients by printing month-to-date charges, payments and adjustments which can be compared with the same year-to-date figures provided. In addition, the report lists the last year end A/R amount (the outstanding dollar amount at the end of last year, not the same month last year) and a comparison to the current A/R. Generally, you will run the Location Analysis Report at month-end.
