Calling Menu - Console Menu
Replace the Action Console button for the applications if it changes. 4/20/2007
Use the Action Console as a triage and tickler system, which allows you to track action items and application specific events, such as callbacks, meetings, and phone calls. There are two major areas of the Action Console:
Applications Panel: Allows you to maintain and view actions specific to the data in an NDS software application. For example, you can enter callbacks for a specific account.
Tip: The installation setup for your site determines which application panel displays.
User Actions Panel: Allows you to view and maintain user actions, which include phone calls, your to-do list, and meetings.
