Executive Console - Function Maintenance
Use the Executive Console - Function Maintenance to activate the electronic archiving and saving of a report when it is generated. You can also assign the location where the electronic copies will be stored. Each report must be activated individually. Once the archiving function is activated, you can use the Executive Console to view the archived copies of the report as well as all other reports that have been archived.
Tips:
The Function Maintenance appears on the Reporting Toolbar as well as within the Executive Console.
When reports are archived any special formatting for the report is omitted.
