Reports Menu

The Reports menu contains commands used to view and print inventory reports.  You can run a variety of reports for the software application.  When you run a report, you can first preview, and then decide if you want to print it.

Reports Menu Items

Available Inventory Report

Generates a summary report of inventory items that includes the date on-order items are expected to arrive.

Inventory Cost Report

Generates a list of items and their associated average cost, last cost and standard cost.

Inventory Alert Report

Generates a list of items that require attention.  This includes items that are under their minimum quantity.

Stock Status Report

Lists the quantities of inventory items at each location.

Valuation Report

Lists the inventory item quantity on hand and the values of those items.

Historical Usage Report

Lists the quantities and of inventory items at the various locations that have been used during the current year and prior year.

Statistics Report

Provides a sales and purchases analysis for the inventory items.  This report includes units sold and associated actual costs that are derived from transaction history as well as sales dollars MTD, YTD and last YTD.
