Physical Inventory Post Work File Printout Sample

The Physical Inventory Post Work File Printout lists all items that are updated.  It looks similar to the Physical Inventory Variance Report.

  Description	Item Description
  Location	Location of item
  PC	Item product category
  Phys Count	The number of items that were physically counted
  Phys Value	The dollar value of the total number of items according to the physical count
  Comp Count	The number of the items as recorded in the system, the computer count
  Units	The difference between the computer count and the physical count
  Value	Total value of the item according to the computer count
  Percent	The calculated variance between the computer count and physical count Note:  Items with a zero quantity in the physical count field will not report a variance as it can not be calculated.  In this case, N/A displays instead.
