Microsoft Access

The Executive Console and the User Console give you the ability to open Microsoft Access in two different ways:

• Blank Data Base:  From the Executive Console, you can open Microsoft Access into a new blank data base.

• Favorite Data Base:  From either the Executive Console or the User Console, you can open Microsoft Access into a favorite Access data base.

Note:  To open Microsoft Access from a console, you must own a valid license for the product and activate it at the User Tab within System Parameters.

Directions:

To open Microsoft Access, use one of the following methods:

• To open a blank data base from the Executive Console:

• Click Access  from the Toolbar.

• Or, click Console from the Menu Bar, and then click Microsoft Access.
  Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT] [c] [s]

• To open a favorite Access data base from the Executive Console or the User Console:
  
  Double-click the Console Item Name for the data base in the Console Items Panel.
