Microsoft Word

The Executive Console and the User Console give you the ability to open Microsoft Word in two different ways:

• Blank Document:  From the Executive Console, you can open Microsoft Word into a new blank document.

• Favorite Document:  From either the Executive Console or the User Console, you can open Microsoft Word into a favorite Word document.

Note:  To open Microsoft Word from a console, you must own a valid license for the product and activate it at the User Tab within System Parameters.

Directions:

To open Microsoft Word, use one of the following methods:

• To open a blank document from the Executive Console:

• Click Word  from the Toolbar.

• Or, click Console from the Menu Bar, and then click Microsoft Word.
  Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT] [c] [d]

• To open a favorite Word document from the Executive Console or the User Console:
  
  Double-click the Console Item Name for the document in the Console Items Panel.
