You can run a variety of reports for the software application. When you run a report, you can first preview it, and then decide if you want to print it.
To see instructions for running a report, click a report name in the Instructions column of the table in the Reports Sample Introduction. Each instruction topic includes a sample of the report.
Tips:
Do you want to browse through just the samples to find the right report? Simply, click the report name in the Samples column.
All reports automatically appear in the Process Control window, but only for the amount of time it takes to generate the report. Although short reports disappear quickly, you can use Process Control to manage or cancel very long reports.
To add Print View reports to the Process Control window for later use, refer to Save a Report in Memory in the Advanced Functions section of the Print View help topic.
Preview a report using Print View, a flexible tool that shows the report to you online.
Choose the output printer for a report.
Choose formatting options for a report, such as line spacing and paper width.
Specify selection criteria to sort records and to narrow the data included in the report.
Email a copy of the report to your manager or coworker.
Note: You can make notations on the report before sending it via email.
Save the report to freeze the current content.
