  Svc	Service Code for the transaction
  Tran Cd	Transaction Code for the transaction
  Rate	Transaction Code Rate Code
  Description	Transaction Code Description
  Prior Read	Amount of prior reading
  Present Read	Amount of present reading
  Usage	Usage for the billing transaction
  Prior Usage	Amount of prior usage for the billing transaction
  Charge	Dollar amount of charge for the transaction
  Tax	Dollar amount of tax for the transaction
  Discount	Dollar amount of discount calculated for the transaction
  Total	Total dollar amount of transaction, which is calculated by adding together the Charge amount and the Tax amount
  User	User ID of user who entered the transaction
