Collection Balance Report Sample

The Collection Balance Report lists the customers in the collection workfile and their aging balances.

Tips:

• This report is also known as the Collection Age Trial Balance.

  Collection Balance Report Fields Tip:  To see more information about a field, click the hyperlink for the field name.
  Customer ID	Customer Identification or Account Number
  Finance Pd	Finance Period assigned to the customer
  Name	Customer's First Name, Middle Initial and Last Name
  Svc	Service Code for the customer balances
  Age Balances	Customer Age Balances amounts Notes:   Because the Age Balance field labels can be tailored to suit your needs the field labels in the software may not match the documentation.  The field labels are defined during installation.  For more information, contact NDS Technical Support. In this report example, the Age Balances fields are Curr, 30Day, 60Day, 90Day, 120Dy, 150Dy+ and Fin Chg.
  Balance	Customer's accumulated Balance as of the time of the report Calculation:  Customer's Aging Buckets + Finance Charges = Customer Balance
