  Customer ID	Customer Identification or Account Number
  Name	Customer's Last Name, First Name, and Middle Initial
  Dep Date	Date the customer's deposit was received
  Dep Amt	Amount of the customer deposit
  Dep Int	Current amount of interest for the deposit
  YTD Dep Int	Amount of deposit interest accumulated so far this year
