  Customer ID	Customer Identification or Customer Account Number
  SC	Service Code of the lien that is discharged
  Lien Date	Date the lien is posted to the customer account
  Post Date	Date the lien is discharged or paid in full
  P. Book	Registry of Deeds property book number containing the liened property location information
  P. Page	Page number in the Registry of Deeds book that contains the liened property location information
  Name	Customer's Last Name, First Name, and Middle Initial
  Amount	Dollar amount of lien
  Cost	Dollar amount of costs associated with placing a lien on the customer's delinquent account
  Interest	Dollar amount of the interest assessed on the lien amount
