  Location ID	Location Identifier
  Customer ID	Customer Identifier
  Name	Customer's First Name, Middle Initial and Last Name
  To Date	Billing Run Service To Date
  Class	Customer Class
  Company	Customer Company ID
  Service Location	Service Location
  SVC	Service Code
  Tran Cd	Transaction Code for the transaction
  Rate	Transaction Code Rate Code
  Description	Transaction Code Description
  Prior Read	Prior reading value for the open transaction
  Present Read	Present reading value for the open transaction
  Usage	Usage for the open transaction
  Prior Usage	Prior usage for the open transaction
  Charges	Charge Amount for the transaction
  Tax	Tax Amount for the transaction
  Discount	Discount calculated for the transaction
  Total	Transaction total Amount, which is calculated by adding together the Charge amount and the Tax amount
  User	User ID of user who entered the transaction
