The Past Due Notice Journal lists the customers in the Past Due Workfile.

  Past Due Notice Journal Fields Tip:  To see more information about a field, click the hyperlink for the field name.
  Customer ID	The Customer Account Number.
  Name	The Customer First and Last/Business Name.
  Svc	The Service Code associated with the customer balance.
  Ntc Dt	The date of the past due notice.
  Due Dt	The date the customer's arrears amount is due.
  Arrears Amt	The accumulated dollar amount of the overdue Age Balances for the customer. Note:  The Past Due Age Balances are specified during the Past Due Create Workfile routine.
