The Payment Plan Report lists the customers with payment plans who have a scheduled payment due on or before the due date specified.

  Customer ID	Customer Identification
  Name	Customer Last Name, First Name and Middle Initial
  Due Date	Date the customer's next Payment Amount is due
  Due $	Customer's Payment Amount that is due
  Total Plan $	Customer's Total Payment Plan Amount
  End Date	Date the customer's last payment for their payment plan is due
