  Customer ID	Customer Account Number
  SC	Service code associated with roll amount
  Roll Date	Date the outstanding balance is rolled
  Post Date	Date the customer's payment is posted for the roll balance
  P Book	Registry of Deeds Property Book describing the customer property location
  Page	Registry of Deeds Page Number containing the property location
  Name	Customer Last/Business Name, First Name and Middle Initial
  Amount	Total Roll Amount for the customer
  Cost	Dollar amount of costs associated with the customer roll
  Interest	Dollar amount of interest associated with the customer roll
